Final Showcase Event – GRASS CEILING Project
During this Final Showcase Event, women representatives from each of the nine Living Labs will take the stage to share their experiences, insights, and talk of the transformative impact of their participation in the GRASS CEILING project.
Their stories will highlight the challenges and successes encountered in fostering innovation and inclusion within rural communities across Europe. This session will not only celebrate their achievements but will also provide a unique opportunity for meaningful networking, connecting policymakers, researchers, and practitioners committed to advancing gender equality and sustainability in agriculture.

Honouring Rural Champions
The Final Showcase will serve as the venue for celebrating excellence and inclusion in the sector. This exciting GRASS CEILING event will coincide with the broader Copa-Cogeca Women’s Innovation Award Ceremony and the GRASS CEILING Awards:
- Rural Women Innovators (RUWI) Award: Coordinated by AEIDL, this award celebrates and provides visibility to women who are driving powerful socio-ecological changes in rural communities and the agricultural sector.
- Parental Leave Champions (PARCA) Award: Coordinated by Copa-Cogeca, this complementary award recognizes men and organizations whose actions actively promote equitable parental leave, challenge stereotypes, and create the supportive environments needed for women innovators to thrive.
