What does innovation look like in action? In FLIARA, innovation is more than an idea — it’s a shared journey powered by women transforming agriculture and rural life across Europe. It’s a mindset rooted in collaboration, creativity, and purpose-driven change.

At the centre of FLIARA’s innovation ecosystem is the Community of Practice (CoP) — a dynamic, EU-wide platform connecting 20 Innovation Ambassadors with a diverse network of stakeholders. Together, they spark new thinking, share practical knowledge, and co-develop solutions that address the real challenges and opportunities in rural areas.

The CoP brings innovation to life through cross-sector collaboration, multi-actor dialogue, and strategic visibility, creating fertile ground for impactful policy development and grassroots action alike. With key Networking Events hosted across four EU countries, and a focus on mutual learning, the CoP is where innovation takes root and grows.
