Access to the venues
Please note there is no car parking options available at the Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana. We strongly encourage our participants to use public transportation. All FLIARA meeting points and venues are conveniently located within walking distance in the city centre, making them easily accessible on foot. Ljubljana also offers the BicikeLJ bicycle-sharing system, with a station located near faculty. The city is well-served by an extensive bus network, further facilitating convenient travel and the bus stops of bus lines 1, 2, 3, 6, 9, 11, 19 and 27 are in front of the faculty.
Sustainability
We encourage all participants to practice sustainable practices during your time in Ljubljana. A simple action is to bring reusable water bottles or cups, as tap water is drinkable throughout Slovenia. Additionally, we emphasize the use of public transport and walking, given the close proximity of venues to the city center.
Our event is also reducing the use of paper where possible. Therefore, when you register, you will receive an Identification Tag. This Tag will have a QR code printed on the Tag. This QR code will link you to information for the two days. The QR Code will link to the Agenda, meeting points and venues, field trip information and some practical recommendations.
